Florida Enrichment Academy delivers private in-home piano lessons in Sarasota and Manatee County, bringing professional music education straight to your doorstep.

From Lakewood Ranch and Bradenton to Parrish, Ellenton, and Sarasota proper, our in-home piano lessons Sarasota families trust are tailored to real-life schedules—consistent weekly sessions in the comfort of home, with no studio commutes or waiting rooms.
Whether your child is a beginner or building skills, we focus on fun, progress, and lifelong benefits like improved focus and creativity.
What Makes In-Home Piano Lessons Different
Traditional studio piano lessons often mean packing up the family, battling traffic, waiting around, and rushing back home—repeating the cycle weekly. In-home piano lessons eliminate all of that, creating a stress-free experience that fits seamlessly into your routine.
Children feel more relaxed and engaged in their own environment, leading to better focus and willingness to practice. Parents reclaim precious time instead of spending hours driving across Sarasota or Manatee County. Studies on music education show that consistent, low-stress lessons improve retention and skill development far more than interrupted or overstimulating ones.
For many families, this approach transforms piano from a chore into something enjoyable and sustainable.

What Families Are Saying
Real families in Sarasota and beyond share how our in-home lessons make a difference. One parent noted on Yelp:
“They are great with kids. My oldest did not even want to do it but now he practices daily without even being told to practice.”
— Marilyn S.
These stories highlight why our private, convenient approach builds positive habits and confidence that last. We're honored to support Sarasota and Manatee families in discovering the joy of piano.
Piano-Only Instruction Means Stronger Progress
At Florida Enrichment Academy, we specialize exclusively in piano. This focus allows our teachers to master piano-specific technique, posture, music reading, and progression—delivering deeper results than general music programs.
Proper foundations like correct hand position, bench height, and finger strength prevent bad habits and support healthy physical development. Music studies consistently show piano lessons enhance memory, reasoning, motor skills, and cognitive growth—benefits that extend to school performance and beyond.
For younger beginners, our
preschool piano lessons program introduces piano through fun, age-appropriate activities that match short attention spans and early coordination needs.
A Comfortable Fit for Homeschool Families and At-Home Learners
In-home piano lessons work especially well for students who benefit from a flexible, low-pressure learning environment. Because lessons take place at home, teachers can move at a pace that feels comfortable for the student and avoid the distractions often found in studio settings.
While we primarily teach children ages 4–18, we also have experience teaching autistic children and physically disabled children. Learning at home reduces unfamiliar surroundings and rigid scheduling, which many families find helps students feel more at ease and focused. Homeschool families appreciate that lessons integrate naturally into their day without disrupting other learning activities.

How Lessons Work
Step 1: Free Trial Lesson
Call us or complete the form on this website and we’ll reach out to you. During a quick phone call, we’ll learn about you and your child and schedule a free 30-minute in-home trial piano lesson. This gives your child a chance to meet the teacher and ensures they’re ready to begin lessons.
Step 2: We Bring Everything You Need
Our teacher comes to your home with a complete get-started piano package if you don’t yet have a piano. This includes a keyboard, stand, bench, music stand, and headphones—loaned at no cost. We’ll set everything up in a quiet space, complete the lesson, answer questions, and leave the equipment so your family can decide how to proceed.
Step 3: Flexible, Ongoing Lessons
If you choose to continue, lessons take place in your home on a day and time that works for you. There is no contract, and you may stop lessons at any time.
Step 4: Help Finding a Real Piano
When your child is ready for a real piano (typically after about six months), we’ll help you find a quality used piano. As a nonprofit, we often know of pianos available at little or no cost beyond moving and tuning. We assist with selection, negotiation, delivery, and setup
