Services Provided

Florida Enrichment Academy provides in-home piano lessons to families in Sarasota and Manatee County, Florida. Services include private instruction, scheduling support, and guidance for obtaining appropriate musical instruments.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a household cannot be safely or reasonably served.

Enrollment & Scheduling

Lesson scheduling is based on teacher availability and geographic location. While we strive to maintain consistent weekly times, schedules may change due to teacher availability, holidays, illness, or emergencies.

Families are responsible for providing a safe, quiet environment for in-home lessons.

Payments

Lesson pricing, billing cycles, and payment methods will be communicated during enrollment. Payments are required to maintain an active lesson schedule.

Failure to submit payment may result in paused or discontinued lessons.

Cancellations & Missed Lessons

Cancellation and makeup policies will be provided at the time of enrollment. Missed lessons without proper notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.

Instrument Responsibility

Families are responsible for maintaining any instruments used during lessons. If a keyboard or piano is recommended, families are responsible for purchase, care, and safe placement.

We may provide guidance on obtaining affordable or donated instruments through our nonprofit network, but we do not guarantee availability.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Use the site for fraudulent activity
• Copy or distribute website content without permission

Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, and materials are owned by Florida Enrichment Academy or its nonprofit foundation. They may not be used without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Florida Enrichment Academy is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during in-home lessons unless caused by proven negligence. Families are responsible for ensuring a safe learning environment.

Nonprofit Status

Florida Enrichment Academy Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Enrollment in lessons does not guarantee eligibility for financial assistance, donated instruments, or charitable benefits unless specifically stated.

Termination of Services



We may suspend or terminate services if:

• Payment obligations are not met
• The learning environment is unsafe
• Policies are violated

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
